Our Screening Process

All candidates are screened thoroughly through an intense thirteen step process before they ever get the chance to speak with you. Every clients requirements are different, some companies can require more screening than others. If a candidate makes it through our screening process, they then interview directly with the client to ensure a perfect fit.

Retention

Included in all recruiting efforts is a retention guarantee, if the candidate does not work out with your company they will be replaced. Current retention rates are between 75-80%, all others were replaced.
